Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payments are accepted through PayPal's secure server for mauals and brochures. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use Guest Checkout at their site.

Shipping:
Manuals and brochures listed are in pdf format, most can be purchased via download. Purchasers will get an e-mail with instuctions for download of individual manuals, be sure your "SPAM BLOCKER" is turned off. Download links expire in three days and are limited to three downloads. If your time expires before you download or you run into an issue, contact me and I can resend using the e-mail address provided by PayPal. For obvious reasons "High Speed" internet conections are recommended.

Returns:
There are no returns or refunds on manuals and brochures.
